CHAPTER 1. How she felt. Once there was a little girl named Lilac. She was a unique girl. She knew she was different, but she did not care because she knew that God was with her wherever she was, at school, the library, the store, in bed and everywhere.
She heard God say, “I love you, you’re great, you’re beautiful, you’re extraordinary,” and she felt better.
The next day she woke up and got ready for school. But she did not want to go to school because there are a ton of bullies at school, and she was the one who got picked on the most from the bully. When the bullies got in trouble, they would blame her. So she got in a lot of trouble. But she knew that God knows that it was not her who did it, and that He knew that she would not do that.
The next day it was her 5th birthday. She was so happy she could flip! Literally! She can do a backflip, a front flip, and even an ariel flip. I know she is very talented!
She woke up, put on her birthday clothes, and ran out into the living room. She expected breakfast pancakes, her favorite, but there were zero! Nothing!
“Where,” she wondered, “where are my mom and dad?” She went into their room, and they weren’t there. She started to panic but she knew God was taking care of her. So she calmed down and relaxed. She knew that God had a plan, and she had a friend.
