Once upon a time there was a boy named Jon. Jon was a boy with no friends.

Jon came up to Susy and said, “Do you want to be friends?”

“No way, not with you!”

“Why not?” asked Jon.

Susy said, “Because you’re not the boy to be friends with.”

“Okay fine,” said Jon.

Then Jon asked Oliver and Lucy and Kat and Amanda and Quin, but they didn’t want to be friends either.

He then came up to Josh and said, “I have no friends, do you want to be friends with me?”

“Yes! I do want to be your friend!” said Josh.

So Jon and Josh are best friends for ever and ever.
